Isidory Minja was born on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. His father Ambrose Minja has worked as a mountain tour guide with Zara Tanzania Adventures for over two decades. Inspired by his father, Isidory has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro multiple times via all major routes and has explored many destinations across Tanzania, including Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Mkomazi National Park, Zanzibar, and several parks in southern Tanzania.

He currently works at Zara Tanzania Adventures as a Marketing Officer and Travel Expert, a role he has held for the past two years. With his deep knowledge and hands-on experience across Tanzania’s top destinations, Isidory shares valuable insights through his blogs, offering expert guidance on Kilimanjaro climbs, wildlife safaris, and travel across Tanzania’s national parks.
