Climb with Macon Dunnagan
Zara Tours have a friendly partnership with Macon Dunnagan, 55, author of the novel “Sons of Kilimanjaro“. Macon climbs the mountain at least twice every year, and you can join him!
Macon’s novel is a captivating tale of four men who climb Kilimanjaro, an endeavor which helps them to overcome their personal struggles. Without being moralizing or preaching, in his book, Macon gives inspiration to those who want to learn about unusual experiences and life beyond the limited knowledge. He has climbed Kilimanjaro 35 times and is one of the few individuals who has ever climbed Kilimanjaro twice within one month.

She went on to say ” Our clients can contact us at anytime before or after they arrive and at their conveyance we would set up a time at the hotel for the Gemologist to come by and a no pressure atmosphere look over the Tanzanite stones and with no obligation to purchase.”
We at Zara Tours continue to find ways to enhance our clients experience while in Tanzania and we feel sure that this we be one of many fine memories for them when they return home…
