Mount Kilimanjaro Porters Society

The project aims at supporting porters who guide and help tourists climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and Meru due to the fact that most porters are low income earners and are either semi-illiterate or illiterate so the project aims at improving living and working condition for these porters especially by providing them with education on Financial management, mountain sickness, environmental conservation, English classes, and how to prevent themselves from diseases such as Malaria and HIV/AIDS. etc so as to improve their life in general.
